About Us

Built in a real practice—not a software lab

Hi, I’m Naota “Noda” Hashimoto, DC, although most people call me Dr. H.

I’ve been interested in technology since I was a teenager, but my path into healthcare began after a car accident left me in pain for six months. Physical therapy helped me make progress, and adding chiropractic care became the turning point in my recovery. That experience inspired me to become a chiropractor.

After graduating from SCUHS, formerly LACC, I built a multidisciplinary practice with my wife, a former financial analyst who is also a chiropractor and acupuncturist. Together, we grew a practice that included chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, acupuncture, and medical services.

As the practice grew, so did the complexity.

More patients, providers, services, and locations created more opportunities for someone to fall behind on care. Our EHR could tell us what had already happened, but it did not make it easy to see what needed to happen next.

A patient would cancel and never reschedule. Someone would miss visits in a treatment plan. An auto-accident patient would fail to return for a final evaluation. An employee would spend hours reviewing reports, updating spreadsheets, making calls, and trying to repair the schedule.

We did not want to solve every new problem by hiring another person.

We wanted to help the team we already had accomplish more.

That is why we built TrackStat.

Grow your practice without growing your payroll

Most practices do not have a shortage of data. They have a shortage of time.

Your EHR contains valuable information, but someone still has to find the right report, decide which patients need attention, determine the next action, contact them, record the result, and continue following up.

When the office is slow, your team may be able to keep up. But when an employee is sick, someone takes a vacation, new-patient volume increases, or the front desk gets busy helping patients, follow-up work quickly falls behind.

That is when openings remain unfilled and patients begin falling through the cracks.

The traditional answer is to add another employee. But every new hire adds payroll, taxes, training, management, and overhead. If the underlying processes remain inefficient, adding people can increase costs without fixing the real problem.

TrackStat provides another path.

It turns your practice data into clear, prioritized actions. It helps automate routine follow-up, identifies schedule opportunities, and shows employees where their attention will make the greatest difference.

Instead of spending hours searching through reports and spreadsheets, your team can focus on a short list of meaningful actions.

The result is simple: more gets done without continually adding employees.

Technology that makes your team more valuable

TrackStat is not designed to remove the human element from your practice.

Patients still need personal attention. Providers still need to deliver excellent care. Some conversations still require empathy, judgment, and a real person.

Technology should handle the repetitive administrative work so your employees can focus on those higher-value interactions.

When TrackStat handles appropriate scheduling messages, organizes follow-up, and identifies the patients who need attention, employees spend less time sitting on the phone trying to repair the schedule. They have more time to welcome patients, answer questions, support providers, and create a better in-office experience.

Managers also gain greater visibility. They can see what needs attention, what has been completed, and where the practice is losing opportunities—without constantly interrupting employees for updates.

This allows your best team members to accomplish more without feeling buried in busywork.

A more profitable practice creates more opportunities

A fuller schedule is not only about increasing production. It is about creating a healthier business.

When your existing team can serve more patients without a matching increase in payroll, the practice becomes more profitable.

That additional profit opens doors.

It can allow you to:

  • Pay your strongest employees more
  • Retain top talent instead of losing them to another employer
  • Reward performance with raises and bonuses
  • Invest in better equipment and technology
  • Add services that benefit your patients
  • Improve the patient experience
  • Expand into another location
  • Create greater stability during slower periods
  • Give owners and managers more freedom outside the practice

Employees benefit when the practice becomes more efficient and profitable. Instead of spreading payroll across unnecessary positions, owners can invest more in the people who already understand the practice, care about its patients, and consistently perform at a high level.

Growth should create better opportunities for your team—not just more work.

From an internal solution to TrackStat

TrackStat began as an internal tool for our own practice.

We built it to identify patients who were falling behind on care, maximize the schedule, organize follow-up, and give management a clear view of individual responsibilities and performance.

We added the processes we used to operate and grow our own practice. When we first grew, we grew our headcount, and even though we hit 4 million in our top year, our overhead was too high. We had too many manual processes, and between chiropractic, physical therapy, and medical services, it was hard to keep up with who was missing and what service needed to be delivered.

We built TrackStat to solve our own problem. When other providers I knew found out, they wanted to implement it in their practices, and others sought out the same solution. With a lot of encouragement from existing users, my wife and I decided to turn it into a business in 2020.

TrackStat is also designed to work alongside the technology a practice already uses, including integrations with popular EHRs and platforms such as HighLevel CRM. The goal is to reduce administrative friction—not introduce another disconnected system for your employees to manage.

Today, TrackStat clients can increase weekly production by 10% to 20% with approximately 15 minutes of focused effort per day.

It works like adding the capacity of another employee at a fraction of the cost.

Do more with the team you already have

TrackStat started with a simple idea: your practice should not have to hire another person every time it grows.

By maximizing the schedule, automating repetitive work, and guiding employees toward the actions that matter most, TrackStat helps your existing team serve more patients with less administrative strain.

Owners gain a more profitable and manageable business. Managers gain clarity and accountability. Employees spend less time chasing reports and making repetitive calls. Chiropractors and physical therapists can focus on delivering care.

And when the practice becomes more profitable, you have more freedom to invest in the people who helped build it.

Grow your practice without growing your payroll.
